Absolutely love this place. Left my lucky hat of 20 years when I left town and tried to call them to recover. Cancelled my flight back to Germany due to being unable to contact the hotel from a simple phone call. Referred family to have them go to the hotel and check in with staff. Discovered that cleaning crew needed to check. Hours later found the hat. Thanks so much to the team for not stealing from me!

I haven’t even finished my stay and I am really enjoying the staff and room! Chas is absolutely AMAZING and sooo sooo sweet! She really went above and beyond since my first call here to check in! She is made for hotel management! The room is nice and roomy and very clean! I will probably come back with my family just because of her hospitality, her and the rest of the staff!!

This was perfect for our overnight, I have two big kids but the room option with king size bed and a small side room with a bunk bed was perfect for the three of us without being too expensive and still providing some level of privacy.

Definitely when I come visit my sister up this way, this will be the perfect option for us. The breakfast was also quite good with lots of options and hot food as well, and a number of juices.

The staff was very accommodating when we needed to find some late night milk for my son, they were very willing to be helpful. They were also quite helpful in making our check out easier.

Because of this great king size and bunk bed room option, I'll definitely be looking out for this option at this location and other holiday Inn express locations.
