John is excellent! Great customer service, great pricing! Fast and efficient! Both times he came to our house he was on time! And by on time I mean 5 minutes before appointment time! So you know when he says 8:00am he means it! He cleaned my grandparents house and I was so impressed with his customer service and professional appearance, I decided to give him a try! He has a very clean, well maintained vehicle, dressed in uniform, very organized, all around excellent experience! The price is HANDS DOWN unbeatable. We have two cats and he was very conscious about letting me know the door would be open to allow for his equipment to be used and even notified me when one of the cats ran down the stairs to alert me to watch for an attempted escape. Very satisfied, and I will be recommending him to everyone I know!!
