I dealt with Michael over the phone several times, but he was off on Sunday when I came in to buy my BMW. Marco, the FNR manager was great. He took care of everything very quickly and was very pleasant to deal with. Michael followed up the day after when he was at work and he and Marco got my spare key up and put it in the mail just as promised. The car was described very well and was exactly what they described.
