(July 12, 2020, 11:49 am)Lots of trail options from this lot. Sometimes the lot gets full but you never have to wait long. Also nice picnic benches in the shade next to the lot.
(February 8, 2020, 1:15 pm)You now have to pay to park. But I got a year park pass. Other than that it great place to park for the hiking trails. I take my son often, that's why I have a pass.
(July 24, 2018, 10:33 am)Easy and free parking with easy access to some trails for a quick hike. Easy hiking, but lots of the area is without tree cover, so you might want some sunscreen. No huge hills or any real elevation climbs, just an easy walk. I find this area is less crowded than areas closer to Kennesaw "mountain" aka Kennesaw Hill because I simply can't call that small hill a mountain and by definition it's a hill because it's not 1000' above the land around it.
