Pure Smiles Dentistry

After a scary experience for my kiddos at a children’s dentist office we found pure smiles! Now the kids aren’t scared to go to the dentist!

Edit: I came to write a review here because I love this place so much and I don’t usually write reviews but low and behold I had already written one because they are that amazing! We had an extraction today that wasn’t felt at all and they’re always so helpful and accommodating with schedules. I drive 30 minutes just to get there because they are so professional and amazing.

Amazing. Had not been to the dentist in years. Went in to check on a couple of problem teeth. One had been causing issues for awhile, the other was more recent. They identified the issues, took X-rays, and informed me they could begin work on one of the crowns I needed, “Right now.” A brief financial summary was provided, outlining what insurance covers and patient responsibility. The temporary crown was done there and then. Very impressive. Pretty sure someone canceled their appointment and I had a unique opportunity. Even so, the staff is friendly and I felt comfortable asking some questions, which is usually never the case. For being a first time patient and receiving this level of care on the first day? I was a little shocked :)

Great experience at this office.. Very knowledgeable, kind staff. First time I have ever been at ease while having my teeth cleaned! Pam was wonderful! Everyone in house has treated me so well.

I had an appointment here yesterday, and it was wonderful. The staff was sweet and casual, very easy to talk to and very understanding. This was my first time setting up a new doctor on my own, and everyone I talked to was very helpful and patient while I gathered the information I needed. Namely someone by the name of Madeline, who I believe answered the phone a few times and was extremely helpful, especially when I was confused. The appointment itself went amazing! Pam was sweet, explained everything very clearly, and made sure I was comfortable in every step of the process. I haven’t been keeping up with my oral health, and not once did I feel judged for it. They were only understanding and a bit concerned, but gave me really good advice to help with my specific situation. I’m absolutely bringing my business back, no question about it.
