Great Agent! Dawn does an excellent job as seller and buyer's agent. She recently listed my home and it sold in less than a week. I owe this to her knowledge of pricing the home, marketing, and quick response to the showing agents. Everything went smoothly. She has an excellent reputation and has been in the business for 20 plus years. She also works just as hard as the buyer's agent to ensure everything is taken care of and the buyer's interests are most important, not just closing the sell.
