Edible Arrangements

The manager of this store was very pleasant and provided great customer service after I was told by another Edible Arrangement store that they were about to close and couldn't serve my order. It was between 3:00/3:30 that I had place the order with the first store then received a call soon after saying their kitchen was closed and they could not put together an arrangement. I had only ordered the basic small arrangement. When I call this store, they immediately apologized for the lack of service from the other store and had my arrangement ready in less than 10 mins! Thanks again

This store was incredibly helpful when I was not able to order online. The person taking my order was friendly, patient and professional. She assured me the delivery would be made in the timeframe I requested. I will absolutely use the store again in the future!

WORTH THE READ - NEW AMAZING MANAGEMENT!!!

I seriously don’t do reviews even if a company tells me to leave a good review. Not because I don’t like the service, but because I’m simply not interested in writing it. Okay, this is besides the point.

I tend to be a perfectionist, so after reading the bad reviews for this location, I requested that my order was to be delivered through a different location. I was blunt about it to the manager. I told him that this order was very special to me. The manager wasn’t pushy or even mad at my reasoning. He suggested that I could talk to corporate to make that change. He also informed me that this location switched management on December 1st of 2021 and has completely rewritten how this location done things. I told him if he promised to do everything with love, I would let this location take my order. And he absolutely did that!

I wanted to update my order from half strawberries dipped to all the strawberries dipped and he made that change with no additional charge to show me that my faith was in good hands.

In addition, the manager even took the time out of his night to text me a picture of the final results and it came out absolutely perfect. The quality of fruits were divine and the delivery was effortless
