I saw DR Cassinelli because of sciatica issues and I thought the visit went great. He very quickly knew and understood my problems along with being able to relate from personal experience. He put together a treatment plan that immediately led to pain relief and a course of action should the issue not resolve itself. I was very happy with my appointment and initial results.

Dr. Cassinelli and staff made seeing a doctor about my current back issues an experience that was not only welcoming and professional, but left me knowing I was in great hands by a very knowledgeable doctor. From the moment I called as a new patient, I was greeted by a warm and friendly voice and was left knowing I wasn’t just a customer on the phone, but treated like a person who’s issues mattered. That warm and professional service was again present in the smiles of the staff as I walked in, being greeted as though I had been there a hundred times. I knew I was in great hands when Dr. Cassinelli greeted me with yet another warm smile, and took the time to genuinely listen to my concerns, and provide feedback that was explained to me in a way that was easily understood. I am confident that I made the correct choice in choosing Dr. Cassinelli, as his experience and knowledge is reflected in the excellent care and superb bedside manner he provided. I look forward to resolving my back issues with a doctor and staff that provide nothing less than a first class experience.
