Massey Automotive

I've been taking my various cars to Massey Automotive for many years and have always had excellent service. Chris Klauer has been my go-to person and has never 'steered' me wrong :). I've recommended Massey to numbers of people for their automotive car and will continue to do so. I'm very grateful to have people I trust for my car needs and who are also so very close by.

Thanks to the team at Massey Automotive for the quick repairs to my 2012 Toyota Camry. Out of the blue my power steering system failed. I was heading out of town the next day and needed to get it fixed while I was away. The team diagnosed the problem and were able to fix within one day. Turns out it was the alternator had gone bad. An easier problem to fix than replacing the Electronic Power Steering system in the Camry.

Great to deal with. Quick service and very respectful of my performance sports car. Mazda Miatas need to be serviced the right way and these guys took care of me.

I have a +20 year old car that occasionally needs repairs. My experience with Massey is that they are straight shooters when discussing possible repairs and alternatives. My last repair involved engine issues but Massey even fixed a license plate lighting issue that I didn't even mention (nor did they charge for it). No one likes having to get their car fixed but it helps to deal with an honest repair shop. I appreciate the work that Massey does to keep my car running.

I've taken my two cars there for over ten years. Their mechanics are smart, reliable, and trustworthy. Pricing is OK. Their diagnoses are spot on and they ALWAYS do a great job.
