Dr.Crump has taken a very innovative approach to incorporating mental health and physical health management. The stress management event last week was an insightful way to examine personal levels of stress and the related triggers that often go unnoticed or simply are excepted as part of normal daily life functions, however, after attending this outstanding event, i walked away more knowledgable of factors that contribute to and cause unneccessary problems in the physical body as well as techniques that help manage and lower personal stress levels. After experiencing a relaxation activity during this event, "My neck muscles literally pop from relief"
