Best Insurance claim experience I ever experienced. Deer hit car in Alabama. Claim was made immediately, No hassles, Had to get car to authorized repair and appraisal location which was easy done with Auto-Owners Insurance help, Within a week had final resolution and Check in my hands with hours after turning over title to insurance agent ( car was totaled - salvage). Overall great experience except for deer hitting my car.

Cannot express how Marcia at this location made acquiring home/auto insurance so extremely easy! She is very personable, actually listens to whatever you have to say, and explains everything you need to know to get the most competitive pricing. She asks the right questions and works with you in every way. Even supplies different quote scenarios so you can choose what's best for you! What else could you ask for?
