Attorney Silver went over and beyond. Had a time sensitive matter requiring Contract paperwork for a Tech Startup that involved engaging an offshore company. Attorney Silver returned my call while on vacation, and reviewed and assessed the situation, and provided best course of action (including identifying risks) along with the necessary contract paperwork. WhT I like most was his patience in taking the time to discuss the options - he didn’t rush me off the phone; and he addresses all my questions. The engagement was a success, and the contract paperwork was received without any changes or concerns. Definitely a win-win for all parties!
