“I dont leave review's and this would be my first one. Ford Hardware is one of the best knife stores Ive ever been to. This place has everything from new to old. If it has a blade edge they will have it or they will do their best to find it. They are always going to knife shows picking up and trading knives. I stop in from time to time. Today I told them Im looking for one particular knife that my grandfather gave me as a kid but lost. They took my info down and will call me when they find one. I also put an order in for a Spyderco and purchased a Case Finn at a good price. All in the short time I was there. Great customer service. My only complaint is I was overwhelmed by all the knives they have. Which isnt a bad thing at all. They got Case knives out the wazoo. These guys have a wealth of information when it comes to cutlery. I truly enjoy going in and talking with them as they really enjoy knives. If you are a knife lover stop in and give em your business.”

“WORTH THE READ - NEW AMAZING MANAGEMENT!!! I seriously don’t do reviews even if a company tells me to leave a good review. Not because I don’t like the service, but because I’m simply not interested in writing it. Okay, this is besides the point. I tend to be a perfectionist, so after reading the bad reviews for this location, I requested that my order was to be delivered through a different location. I was blunt about it to the manager. I told him that this order was very special to me. The manager wasn’t pushy or even mad at my reasoning. He suggested that I could talk to corporate to make that change. He also informed me that this location switched management on December 1st of 2021 and has completely rewritten how this location done things. I told him if he promised to do everything with love, I would let this location take my order. And he absolutely did that! I wanted to update my order from half strawberries dipped to all the strawberries dipped and he made that change with no additional charge to show me that my faith was in good hands. In addition, the manager even took the time out of his night to text me a picture of the final results and it came out absolutely perfect. The quality of fruits were divine and the delivery was effortless If you want to be treated like family, do yourself a favor and come here!!!”

“The whole team was great! I had a relatively new PC and for some reason I wasn’t getting any picture on my monitors. I brought it in and after some investigation. They found out that my hdmi port wasn’t broken but that my updates were conflicting. They managed to back up my data and install the updates so that they worked together and gave me an updated computer in a very timely manner. Awesome crew.”

“Every single employee that we asked for help, went above and beyond the call of duty. I walked in the store about an hour before closing, for one specific item. As I was browsing on the way out, I saw a product I really wanted but had been putting it off. Employees were restocking items and working. A fellow customer pointed "G" out to me. I asked him for help to find a specific toilet seat. It was not where it was supposed to be. It was showing that it was in stock but none of the boxes contained the product. "G" searched high and low for me to find it. I had given up on the toilet seat and asked him for help with a farm sink. He said he would have it waiting for me in the front of the store in a few minutes. I left to look at appliances. Keep in mind, there is about 30 minutes left before closing. I find an appliance I really like and flag down another store employee. She did not work that area but she stopped and helped me. I asked her for specific question and she was able to get the answer for me, from an employee that knew that particular product (but was not working that area). Thanks to Gloria and Manager Mike D, I purchased two appliances that night. On the way to checkout, I see that "G" found the toilet seat lid that I had completely gave up on. It was waiting there for me. Teri, the cashier, was so peaceful, calm and sweet. She had a great presence about her that put me at ease, especially since I only had the intention of purchasing a lock (not 2 appliances, a kitchen sink and a toilet seat lid). I decided I wanted to apply for the credit card at 9:50 pm. Teri and her fellow co-worker, went through the entire process with me. They made sure that everything went through and that I was able to make those purchases the way I wanted them to be made. Manager Mike D, was the icing on the cake. He had a wonderful demeanor and he was so passionate about his job. He loves his staff and you can tell that he was a great hire. We needed help packing the car. "G" came up to the front and helped us load everything. We left the store at around 10:15 pm. This store and the staff are awesome! I am going back there to shop!”

“I have been researching pull behind refer trailers for the past 3 years. Every holiday season we were having to rent one to two units at over $1000 a week. In my research I wanted something that had a great reputation, great quality, and something that had curb appeal. When I saw the look of the polar king mobile and knowing the reputation of polar king I began looking for a dealer. I contacted Dale Munk asking about the trailer and it’s availability. After a few conversations with Dale as well with Christian at Polar King Mobile, I was sold. I contacted Dale on Tuesday informing I had finally made the decision to purchase the only hitch is I would need it by Friday. Dale, made a few phone calls with Niki at Polar King and was able to get the deal done. We are actually still on our way home with the trailer, we picked it up at the Polar King plant and the entire staff was very welcoming and Nikki was amazing at giving us all the details on the trailer. By the way this trailer pulls amazing, so far we have not had a single car pass us 👀. In short, I told Dale and Nikki that entire transaction was as seamless as the trailer.(very smooth) We are very happy with our purchase and will be plugging it in tomorrow and putting her to work.”

“I visited Bob’s Upholstery after visiting another upholstery shop getting information on fabrics and costs to reupholster my sofa, chair and ottoman. The first place I visited did not show me any fabrics but just wanted to tell me what the estimated costs would be….. no interest whatsoever. I left there and went to Bob’s. I must say, the atmosphere was completely different! I was immediately drawn to all the beautiful fabrics. Shonna spent a lot of time with me explaining the different fabrics and asking what I had in mind. I enjoyed my time with all these wonderful people and with their help was able to make a decision. I am waiting to get the work done but not the least worried. I know it will be really good based on all the beautiful furniture on their floor that they had upholstered.”

“Went in to Dickeys to get some brisket and okra today. This is a normal stop for me once a week. They are consistently great in both food and service. Found out that kids can eat free on Sunday as well (see conditions) so I may stop in on Sundays more often now. That means my two kids get both free meals and free icecream for dessert. “These guys are great. I live in Canada and picked up a low mile (40k mile) '06 Mazda 3 back in Fall of 2021. My mechanic noted the car needed the entire cooling system replaced. This included the water pump, thermostat, temperature regulator, required coolant flush, etc. He said I could probably make it to and from Atlanta for the holidays, but advised getting it repaired when I came back. I took the risk, had heard of Mazcare from back when I lived in Atlanta, and decided to bring it in over the holiday. Charlie picked up the phone on January 2nd (already a surprise), and set up an appointment for the first day the shop was open in 2022. He noted they don't often need to replace water pumps on that era of 3 but said they'd take a look. Turns out the car only needed a thermostat, and even that was simply because I got a check engine light that was tied to it every couple of weeks. Dylan even did his best to talk me down from replacing the then-working thermostat, but their rate very fair so I'd rather replace it there than be over-sold in Canada a few months later. They also noted that the coolant in the car wasn't OEM/Mazda, and would be a good idea to replace anyways (coolant has to be drained to replace a thermostat). The next day I drove the car back 900+ miles to Canada and it's been running great since. This includes some 14 F mornings in Ohio and a -3 F cold start in Toronto. The little 3 has at operating temperature within a few minutes of driving no matter what. Charlie/Sheldon/Dylan even thought to replace the oil change sticker with one in Kilometres (it is a Canadian car after all). Couldn't help but laugh when I saw that. Greatly appreciate these guys - they're my new shop whenever I find myself in Atlanta again. Honest, great service.”
