“Never had a problem with this place until this evening. Let me say this though, The food is excellent, It's clean. And the staff are all courteous. Never had this problem here before and it's not really a problem, probably just an off night, but.. my order was not exactly right, asked for refill twice, and finally as I was leaving waiter asked me if I wanted a refill, and as I was finishing eating what was right of my order, he brought out what I had originally ordered. Again, maybe an off night but doesn't deserve five stars as I had originally given. I edited my review. Back up to 5. I went back since then and had the same waiter. He was responsive, remembered what I ordered last time, and it was right. Thank you sir my respect has been reinstated.”

“Thank you W New York. This location is excellent to have easy access to all the tourist spots while visiting. The theatre district is extremely close as well. For what I am sure was an extremely busy time with New Years, the staff were so friendly, informative and attentive. The rooms are very well equipped with everything you would imagine and more. Loved the high end toiletries, it really makes a difference to the comfort of a hotel stay. And the pillows and mattress were amazing.”
