I have been dealing with Bree Bannerman for several years. I have had changes in residences and vehicles and she has always been quick and efficient at getting everything I needed executed, even during some challenging time constraints. She is also responsive when I need answers to coverage and pricing options. It is truly a pleasure interacting with her.

I have used Allstate and this Agency for over two decades for my auto, home and life insurance; the primary reason is because of the superior service I have received from Bree Bannerman. She is knowledgeable and quick to help, always offering solutions that both protect my interests and consider my costs. (Now most members of my family use Allstate and call Bree!) I have had opportunities to switch providers for a cost savings and won't consider them because the value that Bree provides outweighs saving a few dollars!

Let me start by saying that I had been with another insurer that also has "state" in it's name for about 50 years. After meeting with Shannon Woods, I was thoroughly convinced that I had been with the wrong company. To say that Shannon knows her stuff is a gross understatement! I can't remember ever having someone who was genuinely concerned with my families insurance needs. She offered better coverages at a substantial savings. Needless to say, I recommend her to everyone that is looking for insurance.
