I have been working out at CrossFit IV for almost a year now and absolutely love it! CrossFit IV is more than just a gym, it's a family! All of the coaches are great and very well educated. I highly recommend this gym every chance I get!
I've been a member of CrossFit IV since late 2013. I love this place! It's unlike any other gym experience I've had. The other members become your support group and your friends quickly, like you have always been there. The best people to keep you motivated! I came from another CrossFit gym, switched for proximity reasons, and immediately liked the head coaches different programming style. I very quickly saw an increase in my overall strength and endurance with his workouts. The gym recently moved into a bigger space and have now started offering bootcamp classes, which is nice for endurance work. Never get bored, always come back wanting more.
This is a great Crossfit gym. The price is better than most and the overall feel is good.
I like how they're tucked away, so they can take the exercise outside without having to go around other businesses. The workouts are intense and I can really feel myself getting stronger. I like the group sessions a lot. Before I worked out on my own, but with this community approach I like how everyone is pushing and supporting each other.
