“Food was good and fresh. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because when I got to the intercom at drive-thru, the order taker only said, "Welcome to Zaxby's." Nothing after. So I sat there for a minute. She came back on and said the exact same thing. So, I asked her if she was ready to take my order. Her reply was, " That would be nice." I laughed and gave her my order. Wouldn't it make sense to say something like, "Welcome to Zaxby's. May I take your order?" Or, something along those lines?”
