Highly Recommend! I’ve been going to SHINE Health & Wellness for 6 months now. I’ve been working with a personal trainer, Sharon Troisi, and she has been so great to work with. I’m so much stronger and my balance has greatly improved. My goal this year is to continue to improve and lose weight! Go check it out, they are really wonderful and take great care of you!

I started working out here last year and it was the best decision ever. I do personal training because I wanted the extra one-on-one push and it has helped me excel in my fitness goals. My trainer Sharon is awesome and so are all the other trainers. The owner Nicole is a very kind soul. It's like a family atmosphere there, something you don't get at the big box gyms. They offer small group training and also have other wellness services. I've done the foot detox, the massage chair and the cupping and all of it has helped me feel better (I suffer from chronic back pain). If you want to get fit and live a healthier life this is the place to be!

Shine has been a game changer for me. I’ve tried many workout programs, gyms and personal trainers and this has been one of the best decisions I’ve made. The fitness program challenges you to push yourself and the community is great and very intimate. Unlike large gyms which can be impersonal, Nicole approaches training with the client in mind and you feel welcome and she’s very invested in the client’s whole body! Both from an exercise and nutrition aspect I’ve gained a lot and seen tremendous improvement in my physical fitness, agility and strength. Sharon, Nicole and the other trainers are awesome and very committed. I would recommend Shine to anyone who’s looking for a small group workout format with challenging routines that never get boring.

Nicole, Kristen and the rest of their staff are great! Shine is a clean gym which also offers Zoom classes. The trainers are inspiring and fun! Just finishing my 3rd year with Shine and I truly believe that this training has contributed to my good health. Definitely recommend!

I have been a client at Shine Health and Wellness for almost three years now. This truly is a place that is more then just a "gym". You are part of the family here, you're not just a “member”. Nicole and the other trainers really try to get to know you and understand your goals and needs on an individual basis. They demonstrate a remarkable amount of patience and encouragement with their clients meeting them where they are in their health and fitness journey. They can offer you a training approach that can be anything from one on one to part of a small group class. There are no huge classes where you are a just a face in the crowd. It's truly tailored to what is best for where you are at in your fitness journey. Nicole is also extremely knowledgeable in the ares of nutrition and weight loss if that is your focus. She is more than willing to help you to achieve success in this area as well! Finally, there are also options available for Yoga, Massage, and other Therapies that will accentuate your overall wellness.
I can't imagine ever not being a member Shine Health and Wellness. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a more personalized fitness and wellness experience!
