I love you Arlene because you fired/changed that mean lazy staff you had and replaced them with caring, attentive and efficient employees. Dr. Klopper is so respected by me. He tells the truth and does not rush me through his office like cattle call. This office has really hit a home run from when I first started going there. I drive 60 miles just to see this Doctor when I can easily see another up North. That's how much I like him.

Dr Klopper has been my doctor since 1989 when I was 16. I am 45 now. He is very smart and knows how to get the right combination of medicine to work. He also is a neurologist, volunteers at the Shepherd center, and the Atlanta jail. He works at many hospitals. The downside is he sees patients at Ridgeview hospital at 11 pm. I don't like his office staff. At times I stop seeing Dr Klopper because I get fed up with the long wait in his office. We are talking 2 hours. I always return to Dr Klopper because I can't find a psychiatrist as good as him.

Edit 10/2020 Dr Klopper no longer works at Ridgeview. He works at Lakeview hospital and sees his patients every day including Sundays in the afternoon. The wait in his office is getting shorter. Due to COVID you now have the option of a phone call visit (but he still has in office visits). It is now easier to get an appointment within 2 weeks or less of calling to make one where it used to take at least a month to get an appointment. Dr Klopper is still giving quality care after his many years being a psychiatrist.

My husband is a new patient of Dr. Klopper. My husband also doesn't speak english very well, so I go with him on his visits and translate for him. Our experience so far has been wonderful. The front office staff were very friendly and efficient and while we waited about 20 min to be seen--I hardly consider that a long wait......I was also informed that they have new office personnel. Dr. Klopper and his assistant Arlene were very knowledgable, patient (with the back and forth translating), informative and empathetic. My husband was in very bad shape....not to mention in denial. Yet, he felt very comfortable and open during his visit. This is our 2nd visit, and meds are still being tweaked, but overall...we feel very fortunate to have found these Professionals. For the first time in a long time....I/we feel hopeful. I also like the fact that the office is steps away from a beautiful park/walking trail. Hubby and I walk a little (or sit) in the park after sessions to 'chill/decompress'. Highly Recommend Dr. Klopper/Arlene. Thanks for reading.
