I met Bob and Debbie around 2007 directly after a very personally difficult divorce process preceding the sale of our home. Also during this time, the housing market bubble burst and houses were not selling as fast as they were prior to the crash. Against all odds I was still determined to sell. One day I received a postcard in the mail that was an advertisement for Bob and Debbie’s real estate business. At this time my house had already been on the market for a year and I had not received any offers. I decided to call them to see if they could help. They came on board and boy was I impressed. I had not experienced such organization, motivation, creativity, and a well-planned detailed presentation until they arrived. In addition, Debbie, being the charming person that she is, always had a smile and laughter for us to share. After putting in two years of hard work and dedication they were finally able to negotiate a short sale deal which literally saved me from a personal break down…. {I have to add that during the lonnnnngggg 2 years of trying to sell during the market crash, I had more one on one contact with Debbie and; there was never a feeling of giving up, Debbie never got tired, she was never negative, she always had a smile, was able to listen to my gripes and my concerns, she always made time to talk when I needed her, was always reachable, and was always, always, patient, I could go on and on.} Debbie and Bob are a great team and I am so lucky to have had the opportunity to benefit from their expertise and dedication that they have for their career. I continue to refer them to all of my friends and coworkers and have once again benefited from their hardwork. I am now again a happy home owner. I closed on a beautiful home on July 23rd and in the process of moving. Good luck to you all....
