I have been a student at King Springs all my life and not only have I learned sooo many things but i have met the best people in the world there. This school is a no place to hate school, and I haven't met a teacher or student there I didn't like. thank you so much King Springs for making these 6 years the best years of my life!!!!
I went to elementary school here and it was the BEST time I've experienced at any school. The teachers were phenomenal and caring, the mom and dad volunteers were fantastic, they put on great shows, PE taught us life skills such as stretching, teamwork, and sports that were so diverse. I was the SMALLEST and most petite in my grade yet never felt left out. We had chorus shows and talents shows. Elementary school was one of the greatest childhood memories I had. Please keep up the excellence and the science fair bc that was just amazing! I love you guys! The last thing I need to mention I could have easily had hard times bc I'm a little white girl who connected to my best friend who was a little black girl. We had a blast with NO backlash and I miss her till today. King Springs brought out the best in us! What a great group.
We absolutely LOVE this school. My two daughters have been here for 4 years. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. My oldest just finished 5th grade and I cried on the last day of school because we are leaving the district.
Both of my daughters were given the opportunity to excel and were acknowledged and awarded when they did. It's a very diverse student body and they are a well behaved bunch. So sad to see the principal, Mrs. Kenney, of 10 years go. The teachers are kind and very involved. And the PTA is on point!!
The school has a wide range of during and after school clubs, programs and activities that allow the students to expand their interest in new things areas. My 3rd grader participated in the Science Olympiad 2nd semester and did very well. Even I was surprised at her dedication to her team and how well she performed.
If you make it into the district consider yourself blessed beyond imagination! You're going to LOVE it here!
We moved in the area so our daughter could go to this school, and we're very happy we did. Linda Keeny, the Principal, engages the parents, students and teachers in a way that fosters a very efficient and cooperative environment. Excellent school.
King Springs is an excellent school. The administration is great and the teachers are extremely attentive and genuinely concerned about the success of their students. I've had 2 children attend there several years apart and it has been a breath of fresh air to have that same greatness I experienced there over 7 years ago still exist.
