I love FIT4MOM! It was a great way for me to meet mamas with babies the same age while getting in a great workout! I love that our group supports both working and stay at home moms! Wish I would have found this group sooner! Love Fit4Mom!
I have been a part of Fit4Mom for over a year, and I am so happy that F4M is now closer to me! The instructors are so upbeat, nice and friendly, it barely feels like a workout (but The soreness you feel afterwards confirms you worked every single muscle in your body)! The village of mamas is so welcoming, and kiddos also get some great friends and playdates. Highly recommend it!
