My first impression was how clean and bright the place was and the owner was very kind and compassionate. Ms. Linda Thrasher was who my sister and I worked with. She was awesome and very professional. My dad looked Iiked he was sleeping. She walked me through the process and was very patient. Everyone was very professional and understanding. The graphic designer did an awesome job on the programs. They were also reasonably priced.
