On 7/7 I had required a battery replacement for my wife's 2013 Dodge as we had issue, just hours before we were to leave for Florida. When I called, Logan was professional and empathetic to my needs. “Friends of mine who run always had good things to say about Fleet Feet. I've started walking a couple of miles a day to get my dog (and me) some exercise and needed some good walking shoes. I didn't know if Fleet Feet sold those, but stopped by the Durham store anyway and asked. I was impressed by the thorough and professional treatment that I received. Randy, the salesperson who helped me, scanned my feet, went over the results with me, and chose a few pair of shoes for me to try. I was impressed by the foot scanning technology. It seemed like the kind of thing someone might expect if they were buying a pair of high-end running shoes, but I wasn't expecting this kind of analysis when I was just buying walking shoes. I appreciated Randy's helpfulness and professionalism even more than the cool technology. He asked questions and listened—really listened—to my answers. He listened to the comments I made about each pair of shoes that I tried and how they fit. He clearly seemed interested in finding the solution that was best for me and was willing to take the time to do it right. I'm very happy with the shoes and insoles that I bought. The cost ended up being about what I expected and what I was ready to pay for good quality shoes. The most valuable part of the experience is knowing that I found the right shoes for my needs, not just a high quality or well known brand. The technology that you use was great, but Randy's help was the most important part of the experience.”

We randomly went up to his office last week to show him our damages needing fixed, he ordered the parts and fixed everything ready for pickup in less than 2 days and for a very reasonable price. “Well, they fixed my A.C. on my 93 Corvette a couple years ago and did a great job though extremely high, But having did a good job last time i had my Mother call for me, just awhile ago, I am hearing impaired, and have to do this alot, to see about a faulty gas gauge, The feeling my Mother got in trying to refer between us two Was who ever answered was "put out" and a bit rude, Now i know whoever answered may be doing 10 things at once, and you may not deal with people with disabilities often, however i have to deal with it everyday, all day, and yall should remember that the costumers are the reason you have this business, also not knowing if you could fix it or how long, but charging 100 bucks an hour? what if it took you all day and you cant figure it out? Your did a great job last time but for the 2 stated reasons you have lost my business.”

“I called the same day to see if anyone could repair my ac. The father, sorry but I forgot his name, told me to come in now. He was so nice and had the sweetest dog. Well, after a whole day of looking at my car between other vehicles he called and told me he wasn't able to get to the part that was the possible cause of the issue and recommended me going to an ac repair shop. I asked him how much and to my surprise, there was no charge!! He said since he didn't fix anything, he couldn't charge me! I was overjoyed and blessed to have met such an honest mechanic in 2021. I'll be sending more business his way.”
