“I’ve been going to 9-Rounds for over a year now and I’ve really enjoyed it! I started going because I hadn’t been in a gym in a while and wanted something that was more like a class so I could learn proper techniques, get my endurance up, and to also have someone there to motivate me to continue coming! It was hard at first, but once your body gets use to the high intensity it becomes a great way to pump you up for the day. The whole staff is well trained, they make a point to know your name, and they all have the most positive attitude which makes going really fun! Lastly, they can be super accommodating if needed. I had foot surgery and when I came back they gave me substitute workouts I could do so I didn’t put too much strain on my newly healed foot, and constantly made sure I wasn’t in any pain. Great place, highly recommend :)”

“This is the type of gym you come in contact with only once in a lifetime. From everyday people, to business professionals, and professional athletes training. This gym has absolutely everything you can ask for. From simple weights to a lap pool and jacuzzi. Theirs plenty of space, weights, training machines, and personal trainers to assist you. I just moved to Atlanta and I am very impressed at not only the facility but the healthy and friendly staff. They have tons of classes to attend and a theatre room with my favorite addition of the gym the massage chairs. The gym is in mint condition and everyday I arrive I am completely able to focus.”

“Thank you W New York. This location is excellent to have easy access to all the tourist spots while visiting. The theatre district is extremely close as well. For what I am sure was an extremely busy time with New Years, the staff were so friendly, informative and attentive. The rooms are very well equipped with everything you would imagine and more. Loved the high end toiletries, it really makes a difference to the comfort of a hotel stay. And the pillows and mattress were amazing.”
