“Lisa was phenomenal with helping us in our application and move-in process. She really went above and beyond for us. I so appreciate the great care and patience she's shown as someone part of the management team. Since being here, I've noticed that the entire front office is very courteous and kind. My presence is always acknowledged, even if it's just a simple hello. When it comes to our unit, my roommate and I really like it. For me, the best feature is the extra security on the door, given that we are both young women. But the sizable windows and fresh coats of paint that I'm guessing were applied before we moved in also earn high marks. The nitty gritty details are that you can tell the units are somewhat older, but the property has put great effort into maintaining them. Overall, I don't think we could have gotten a nicer or better place to stay! I look forward to continuing to see what all The Atlantic Vinings has to offer in service, quality, and value during our lease. I will update my review as I see fit, especially if any issues arise, but for right now I am very happy and satisfied. I am loving this place!”
