“GA Roof Advisors did a good job on my roof repair in 2021, so I decided to use them again when I needed a new roof installation. I am very happy with my decision and my beautiful new roof! GA Roof Advisors is one of the best companies I've ever worked with and exceeded my expectations. They determined that my existing attic ventilation didn't work properly and fixed that problem with the new installation. Joshua and Darrell were fantastic to work with! They were friendly, responsive, prompt, helpful, informative, professional- they could not have been better! GA Roof Advisors was great with communicating both with me and my insurance company so the process went smoothly, and they were easy to work with. I also required a downspout replacement and gutter maintenance as part of the insurance quote and their contracting company was also easy to work with and appears to have done a good job. I was impressed with Darrell's attention to detail and great communication. He made sure that plants around my house were protected from damage, monitored the roof installation, communicated with my neighbor, and inspected the final cleanup in both my and my neighbor's adjacent yard, which was very good.The owner of this company really cares, and this is reflected in their employees and actions and integrity. They use GAF shingles and contractors, which is one of the best, and I had a large selection of 30 year architectural shingles to choose from of various nice colors. The new roof installation had new improved shingles and waterproof sheeting in the valleys and other features that were superior to what I had before. “Hi, back in the day I used to sell roofing for 10 years. It was in a different state. I saw the good and the bad and some were just a rip off. Matthew and his crew did a great job. The valley lines are straight and it is straight. I decided to use them was because his crew had been with them for long term. There are some roofers that pick up a crew in front of the big box stores on the day of the roofing job. Sometimes you get inexperienced people that just don’t know what they’re doing. The pressure washing made the house look amazing, but the painting made the house look brand new! The woodpeckers caused a lot of damage. They repaired all the holes! “Felix and his team have roofing down to a science. I watched them replace my neighbors roof, and I was so impressed with how organized and skilled his team is. They started at 8:00 a.m. and were completely done, and packed up by 2:30 (same day). Stand-Outs - Extremely well organized! They put tarps all the way around the house to catch old shingles, nails, and other debris. -The cleanup crew picks up debris constantly throughout the entire process. They used magnets tool to pickup any nails in the yard. High quality! -They fixed damage from a tree that feel on our house. Replaced 16 sheets of OSB, and fixed the soffit. True Integrity! - Felix is honest and does what he says he’ll do. -No hidden charges or cost. The quote we got is what we paid. -Felix arrived when he said would to do the estimate. - The crew arrived as scheduled and competed the entire roof by 2:30 (same day they started). Best part of the whole deal is he’s great working with insurance companies and getting you taken care of.
