Coweta County Riverside Park

Pretty, but wish there were more picnic tables and walking trails along the river.

I loved the kayaking. Our guides were great. And it was cool to find out that the point where we got off the river is where a well-known movie scene was filmed.

This is a beautiful new park with access to the Chattahoochee River above Nice campsites off Dean and Bush Head Shoals Rd.. Access here for kayaking allows boaters to enjoy a short paddle to the shoals.

It's beautiful here. There are port a johns and benches and a place to launch boats. And you can fish from the bank.
