Ive only had great experiences with this shop. My first vehicle had the brakes go out when i was 16 because my handbrake was slightly up and i didnt realize it. They replaced the transmission fluid (had metal shards in it) and only charged me half price. I have taken multiple other cars here for services and they are always able to squeeze me in last minute. They always call me back fast with issues and pricing is fair. So far in my 6 years of using this shop they havent tried to scam me or upsell me. I just wish there was better parking. A few times i had to park on the side not in a parking spot.

These guys are amazing! They give you honest pricing upfront, do the work on time and keep you updated as it progresses. Very friendly staff. Me and my family use them for all of our auto repair needs. Wouldn't trust anyone else but Duncan Automotive!!!
