I recently had an outstanding experience at the Goodyear location in Newnan, Georgia, and I want to share how impressed I was with their service. From start to finish, the team was professional, helpful, and courteous, but there were a few individuals who truly went above and beyond.

My first interaction was with Emily Rhoades, who answered the phone when I called. I was unsure about how the Lyft maintenance program worked, but Emily quickly put my mind at ease. She assured me that they were fully capable of handling the maintenance and that they knew exactly what they were doing. Her confidence and helpfulness were very reassuring.

When I arrived, Edwin Torres also went the extra mile to assist me. The authorization process was taking longer than expected, but Mr. Torres didn't hesitate to take action. He personally called Holman to expedite the authorization, ensuring that everything was taken care of as quickly as possible. Even though I wasn't impatient because the staff made me feel comfortable and genuinely cared about my wait time, I appreciated their proactive approach and sincere apologies for the delay.

This is a great group of people, and it was clear to me that they treat every customer with the same level of patience and concern, whether in person or over the phone. My experience at Goodyear in Newnan was nothing short of exceptional, and I highly recommend them for their dedication to customer service.

I only go to this location the staff is always on point! … Edwin, the manager is very professional and works hard at training his staff to conduct themselves professionally as well…. AJ the new employer is also very professional and respectful, I really appreciate the level of communication respect and support from this location best Good Year n the metro area hands down!!! First, I wanted to say thank you for your help the day I came in with a bad tire for the Toyota car. Everyone was so nice and it had been a really rough week. You placed the spare on and gave me price quotes for a new tire. I admit that day, I couldnt afford a tire and was to drive for Lyft as well. I told you I would be bäck to purchase a tire as I was so impressed by your customer service. I ended up getting a tire with the help of a friend in the city. I just wanted to take the time to say Thank You, to you both. Glad to see that there are still ANGELS IN THE World and Word. May your business prosper and people come for your services throughout the state and beyond....

I had an emergency, on Good Friday and needed a tire replacement immediately for an out of town trip. When I called, they said come on in. I was pleasantly surprised to get there and everyone was so friendly and my car was ready in under 30 minutes. The atmosphere was very welcoming and the waiting room was extremely clean. This will definitely be my go to for tires in the future.
