Jefferson Grove

I applied for an apartment this month. I was doing the special. The offices staff did everything they could to help me get in the right paperwork and I did get tired of going back but, that was the devil because I know God was opening a door for me so me and the office staff stand patient to get everything right. The was sweet and had a warm vibe. The neighbors were clean nice and quiet when I visited.

I want to give a big thank you! To the management staff at Jefferson Grove. I want to personally thank Serena Harvey the Property Manager. Never in my Property Management journey have I seen a Manager that will come from behind the desk and assist a prospect and soon to be a resident. She was patient, understanding, knowledgeable, and focused on making sure that my paperwork was filled out properly and in a timely manner. Mrs. Harvey emailed and called me consistently to see if I had any questions or concerns that she hadn’t addressed. Her assistant Stephanie was always smiling and asking if I needed her help with the move in process as well. They are very cohesive as a team. I would encourage anyone looking to move to Newnan, Georgia to apply with Jefferson Grove. I promise as long as Serena & Stephanie is there they will make sure that your move in process is a smooth transition.

I lived at Jefferson Grove since it was built. I've never had any issues with Mr Ronald, Maintnence he is wonderful and does his job well. Every manager has been good, I never had any issues with any of them. I want to especially thank Ms Sarena Harvey and Stephanie Rutherford for their awesome personalities and caring spirit. They make a great team and they go above and beyond to help tenants and keep our community safe and clean. I appreciate them and their efforts. I hope they are recognized for all they do.
