Ashley park is a bit of a romantic scenery where you are able to walk through the avenue strip, movies theater, ice cream parlor, food court, photos area. It's the idea to create the perfect date night with everything being at your fingertips.
Great place to hang out with a movie theater or restaurant or get some ice cream I'd recommend the five guys or the tin drum
Went to the movies and had a great time watching movies with recliner seating but the popcorn and drinks are very exspensive. One large drink and one large popcorn. $20 and I didn't get anything else. Handy Cap Parking is not good. Not enough spaces and they are all spread out. The spaces closest are for the stores beside the Theater but if closed during after hour movies they are all full. Another issue I personally had was after standing in long concession lines and ready to order with cash money ( American Revenue ) I was told that line was for paying with debit or credit card and I had to go the the register on the end. I believe that all concession register's should except cash or cards causing you to miss part of the movie your there to see. They do have a minimum of 15 (fifteen) but usually 20 (twenty) minutes of advertisement before movie starts from listed movie start time. If advertised to start movie at 6:30pm then movie will not start until 6:50pm which is good if you are running late for movie.
Went to Belks in Newnan, a very clean store. The restroom was clean with supplies available. They had a great selection of ladies clothes to chose from, mostly at 50% off. Found a very serviceable light weight navy jacket at 80% off!
So many shops there! We didn't even see half, as we were meeting my father-in-law and family for his art show at a gallery there. Very big, open space, with a beautiful waterfall feature in front of the Dillard's! I look forward to exploring the area and shops a little more next time.
Oh, and La Parrilla was excellent! Definitely recommend!
