Steak 'n Shake

I love the food here! However, I'm old school & despise the lack of attendants to take your order. The order process is entirely digital from inception to payment.
The shakes have a positive reputation and a chocolate with whipped cream + cherry are routinely on my order!
The only problem I have with Steak'n Shake is that the business is 20 min or so from my location!

Atmosphere and food were amazing! I want to applaud the service however. My grandmother uses a walker and couldn’t stand up long enough to use the kiosk to see what they had. A worker named Alexis came over to us and offered to tell us everything on the menu to help my grandmother without us asking. The manager Tiara was also so helpful. It may have been a small act but It was a appreciated one!

This was my family's first experience with an "automated" fast food establishment. Ordering was extremely annoying because you haven't anyone to ask questions about the menu. The few stave that interact with clientele has one specific job and cannot do anything else. Overall the food was quite good. The lady who handed out the orders was very polite and really gave our visit any similarity to pleasant, in my opinion.
