They deserve 6 stars! Another appliance repair place quoted $550 ($350 parts and $200 labor) to repair my mom's stove ...plus a $59 service call. Tim fixed her up for less then $50! HONEST and professional service. I cant say enough good!

Great people, took the time to check to see if they had my part in stock while I was on the phone with them to save me a trip just in case. Also they took the time to explain that my motor had different color wires from original part and if I had any problems to call back. In today's world you normally don't get this kind of personal service. Customer for life.
I purchased parts for two different refrigerators and a stove here, including a drawer, a door insert, a seal, electric burners and metal surrounds. Tim and Roy were helpful to me as a novice handyman, sharing information that helped me understand both the parts and installation techniques. The parts arrived in one and two days, and they were quick to call and notify me. Everything installed and fit as expected. Saved me lots of money over replacing these appliances.
