“I don't typically do online reviews, but my experience with this company has been over-the-top exceptional! Let me start with the customer service. Having a website and an App has been great. Most questions are answered there, but over the last year, I've had to call in with questions. They always take the time to explain everything in detail, never trying to rush you off the phone. The knowledge that they pass on is priceless! The product Dragon Juice is by far the best and most versatile product I've used in the 10 years we've been in business. I'm sure we have tried over 50 different degreasers and cleaners through the years. Most of these products are only designed for one particular type of stain. In the past year of using DJ, it has proved to work on a WIDE variety of oils, stains, oxidation and other discolorations. Each truck now has a 5 gallon bucket of DJ on it. This has replaced about 5 different chemicals that we used to carry! Now for the safety aspect. One benefit of DJ is that you don't have to worry about it spilling in your work vehicles and causing an explosion or deadly gas. When we used to carry 5 different chemicals, I was always worried about spills and mixing. It inevitably happened, but thank goodness nobody was ever hurt. As we grow and have more employees, it has been more and more important that we have products that are safe to use and non-hazardous to the environment. I can't tell you how much more at ease I am when sending guys out with this one product, rather than multiple harsh ones. The safeness of this product also comes into play when you are applying it. Our old products could not be sprayed near wood doors, aluminum trim and many other sensitive surfaces. None of this is a concern when using Dragon Juice. It truly is remarkable! “I met Tim and David and had a 5 star rating discussion and talked and talked about this and that and everything they promised , they delivered. I don’t understand these other reviews simply because mine is remarkably great. Beautiful cabinets take time folks. And listen if your cabinets are going to be the best looking cabinets in the entire neighborhood then so what if they are arrogant? Not me. I will say this lastly, The cabinets are the best you’ll find anywhere. Don’t be like the lady that goes off someone else’s review and don’t even go see the place for them self that’s pretty pitiful”
