Tidal Wave Auto Spa

I've been to Tidal Wave in Sharpsburg many times since they opened. I especially like, the full service option. Upon completing the exterior wash they went through the interior cleaning the cup holders, cracks, nooks crannies and all that stuff. Cleaned the glass and vacuumed everywhere, including the trunk. I just wish I made more time to come in more often to keep my car looking as great as it did when I left!

I had the best experience today as a new member! Bob was so kind and explained all the options and differences between the membership packages to make sure I was matched with my needs. Tony did an amazing job detailing my vehicle. He did a thorough job and didn’t leave a detail behind. My vehicle was immaculate. Mason also assisted with the cleaning of my vehicle catching every detail. Everyone went above and beyond, all while being professional and friendly. I look forward to becoming a regular and seeing these smiling faces often. Thanks for the great service!

Best car service experience I have had. Holidays always means mess if you have kids and the customer service here is top notch! I was in and out quickly, my car was cleaned inside and out it looks amazing. The waiting room was nice and the site was well kept. The landscaping even looked good. Definitely coming back and will be referring my family.

Took my car here last week, and had the best experience ever!! My car looked brand new after they were finished with it! Before getting my car wash, I spoke with a lady that I found out later was the manager, she was AWESOME!! She listened to all my car cleaning concerns and made sure they were taking care of! I will definitely be back to get my car washed!
