“I had a Total Knee Replacement with Dr. Charles Claps on 8/10/2022. I do not have one negative thing to say. From the front desk, to the back staff, PA and Doctor, my experience was excellent. John Michael is Dr. Claps PA. He is so compassionate and is truly amazing. He sincerely listened and provided answers to my 500,000 questions, I am honestly saying from the first visit until today, and I am 2 months post surgery, I have felt comfortable, and well informed. My surgery was performed at Piedmont Fayette. I was told on more than one occasion that Dr. Claps is new age medicine and has the best recovery program around. Helps support you in changing you entire life to support your mental health not just try and medicate and be done with. Awesome listener, first psychiatrist I’ve had where we did almost a mini-therapy session to figure out why I was struggling. Very knowledgeable. Managed to diagnose my adhd when Ive been misdiagnosed with depression for years. She’s so sweet and always willing to answer my questions when I send them in the portal.
