My first visit when they first opened was great but the customer service had been on a constant decline every time I'd visited since. This visit though, was great. She was helpful, very pleasant and very good at sales :) I hope I get to do business with her again in the future. “Right when we walked in, we felt at home! We are visiting from Arizona. Our server, Savannah was the best server we have ever had. She gave us suggestions on what to order (everything on the menu looked delicious) and it was all so good! We got the Simply Peach drink which was a perfect Georgia staple and then had the spinach and artichoke dip and stuffed mushrooms (both fantastic). For our main course, we had the crab cakes with mashed potatoes and fresh vegetables. Savannah made sure to continue to check in on us throughout our time there and made our experience so much more enjoyable. We even met a group of people from another table at the end and talked for a while. They looked just as happy to be there as we were! Can’t say enough about our time there! We will be returning to Georgia and to Big Joe’s as soon as we can! Thanks again Savannah and Big Joe’s for a great time!”

“I do love this location, but my only complaint is the on line ordering line flows into those ordering at the drive thru. I sat in line 20-25 minutes this morning just to place my order and while I was waiting because they told me to hold at the speaker, three online order cars jumped in front of me which added another 10 minutes to my wait. I finally just left before they even took my order. I just feel the online ordering should be picked up inside. I don't know if this is done at all locations or not.”
