Harlem Zen

This was my first visit to Harlem Zen and I made my next appointment when I got home. The atmosphere is so comfortable and Angela is 100% a part of that. She set all the expectations early and told me how to let her know if I felt any discomfort. I can't wait for my next treatment!

Angela was phenomenal! She is so kind and uplifting. She made sure I had the best experience possible. Every time I have been to Harlem Zen I’ve been impressed by the results, too.

Friendly and accommodating team and very professional services performed by Angela. She explained the process, the different types of treatments/machines and constantly checked in during the session to ensure the treatment was comfortable. I highly recommend Angela and Harlem Zen!

I’ve been going to Harlem Zen since September, for laser hair removal. I’ve been seen by both Tracy and Cammi, who are both amazing. I would’ve given them 5 stars, however, after my second treatment, I noticed a difference in how long my results lasted (I saw hair growth way quicker), in comparison to my first treatment. I mentioned this at my third appointment, and was made aware that the business is no longer using the Express laser, and is using an older laser instead. I was very disappointed to hear this, seeing as though that’s the only reason why I initially purchased the laser hair removal package (& because they are a black owned facility) to begin with. I planned to continue treatments here, but will have to take my business elsewhere, if the Express laser is no longer going to be used. Hopefully it comes back.

I love how informative Tracey was about my services! I’ve received laser services before but this experience was top tier! I also love the monthly options they have to be able to keep up with treatments. Definitely recommend checking out Harlem Zen!
