(June 5, 2019, 12:00 pm)I had to go to City Hall to apply for a permit. Sometimes dealing with an unknown jurisdiction can be intimidating. Not so at Brookhaven. The permit clerk, Vandetta Clark, actually came from behind the counter and walked me through the process on the provided computers. I've had great service before, but I have never received such courteous and professional attention. I felt like I should find her manager and ask what it would take to get her a raise. Yes, it is that good!
