  Excellent selection and Molly was very helpful in suggesting items. I was really wishy washy over the delivery timing and she never lost her composure with all of my changes! Happy to finally have a Party City in Burlington.

  I’m really late to doing this survey but Sam was awesome! She offered a level of customer service that I wasn’t expecting. She was also able to help me over the phone before I got to the store but little did I know she wasn’t just handling the phone. I walked in and who ended up being the associate to assist me in store? Sam! Excellent shopping experience, that girl deserves a raise! Check-out associates were also very kind and charismatic. Would rate overall experience a 99 out of ten!

  This location is super clean, the staff are friendly and quick to greet me when I walked in the door. I have been to this location three times just in the past week and each time the staff have been helpful and quick to interact with me. An added bonus, (being a super social person) I like to talk a lot, I couldn't help but notice that the staff is able to both carry on a conversation as well as complete the task in front of them. It's nice to be able to shop somewhere where I don't feel ignored or rushed.

  These guys are the best. Every brand of tire you may want at a very competitive price. Excellent service. Last visit was for a free air pressure check on my tires.

  Love these guys! Tom is fantastic! I had a nail and slow leak in front left tire and my back tires were at tread depth of 2/32". Not only did they fix my tire for FREE, but also did not push me into new back tires!!!

  This is the most amazing Tire shop I have been too even counting within the state of Florida. Trevor John & the rest of the crew whom I’m sorry I didn’t get their names as they were all equally exceptional in the service provided to me as I purchased tires for one of my Daughters. I really appreciate the honesty and not trying to take advantage of the fact of my being a woman who knows only certain things about tires. They have created a place of amazing Customer Service here & associates seem to enjoy working with each other! I will definitely be a regular customer for the foreseeable future thanks so much ?

  Discount Tire, hands-down, is the best place to take your car for tires. All of my family’s cars are serviced at DT. I would never take them anywhere else. Prices are good, but what makes this place so unique is their service and their care for the customer. Amazing!
