Georgia Truck And Trailer

Well I'm not sure where to begin or who's actually at fault Ga Truck & Trailer or RYDER.. However my Husband truck had a couple of issues (in which he discovered on his own) with it & being that he had just purchased the truck instead of him going through our Insurance Company (submitting a claim), RYDER offered to pay the expenses due to it being their fault/negligence in inspecting the truck thoroughly.. Fast forward the truck were initially only supposed to be in the shop for approximately a lil over 2 weeks.. The date for pick up was delayed by 2 more days BC supposedly the shop had not completed the job as stated in the email that we received on February 9, 2021 (the day before pick up), we received another email on Thursday February 11, 2021 stating that the truck was ready for pick up, however as we went to pick it up on Friday February 12 upon my Husband inspecting the truck again, he discovered that the same issue that we received the email on causing the delay had not been resolved! We took the truck back to the shop ourselves after discovering the issue & bringing it to RYDER attention. We were told that it was a mistake with the way RYDER wrote the work order up & the truck would definitely be ready on Monday February 15, 2021. For three weeks my Husband has been without his truck which caused him to lose time & money.. Finally we got the truck back as promised by Ga Truck & Trailer on today & the issues have been resolved!!

Customer service was great. But they will be fixing my trailer for a week to long. Now i have to rent a trailer.

I always take my truck here for repair. Chuck and Earnest make every effort to get me back on the road as quickly as they can.
