Belvedere Eye Center

I came across Belvedere Eye Center while visiting Kroger. At first I was a little hesitant but decided to give them a try. I am so glad I did. The doctors and staff were very friendly and genuinely enjoy servicing the community. Not sure of all the names but all the ladies were absolutely wonderful and very accommodating when I need additional services. I am officially a new client.

I wanted to come on here and give Ms. Shinita the office Receptionist her flowers. She was so nice and patient with me when I called in with general questions about my glasses and making an appointment. She made sure to explain everything thoroughly to me. Overall, her customer service was OUTSTANDING!!!

After rating this office 1 star, I wanted to update the start rating to 5. My initial complaint was about how long I waited for glasses and I learned that they don’t have any control of when my glasses will be available since it’s done through the insurance lab. I didn’t understand it at first and I made a mistake thinking they were responsible. Regardless, when I picked up my glasses, they took the time to actually acknowledge the complaint and I really appreciate that. They took really good care of me, and made sure I was fully satisfied before I walked out the door. Thank you for your service and highly recommended.
