(August 21, 2023, 8:12 pm)I went in today with my daughter to rent a viola since she joined her school's orchestra. We were greeted promptly and courteously. Each associate working was professional and knowledgeable. The rental process was explained thoroughly. And we left with a viola in hand along with other items the schools orchestra director suggested. It was an overall pleasant experience.
