I'm that person that once I find someone I like to work on my car that's it, I don't like to change. But moving over here, I was still driving 30mins out of the way for car repairs. So, when I had an emergency and I knew my car wouldn't make it to my regular repair shop I decided to look for a new one over here. By chance I found Xclusiv via a Google search. Customer service is great! He takes the time to explain what the issue is and how he will proceed in fixing it. He's honest/fair with pricing. I always check the average of what I should pay for a repair before I take her in and both times I've used the service of Xclusiv Auto I've actually paid a little under the average. Definitely give this place a try. This is my new car repair shop

Marcus is very professional and great on conversation, as well. He replaced my serpentine belt and also pointed out some other issues I was having, and quoted me the price for the additional repair. It took him less than an hour for service. I will certainly be back for my other car issues! Oh, and the price was unbeatable compared to others I had already checked.

The owner, Marcus, took care of my car personally. He was very courteous and professional, and the price for the work is unbeatable! He showed me exactly what my vehicle needed with no pressure of any upsale that I usually get from the bigger chains. I will definitely return for future car needs!
