(August 12, 2019, 12:45 pm)I am a current tenant. My experience over 2 years has been fairly Good. Under old and new management I've had a prompt, and positive response to all of my units' needs. So happy the pool is finally open. It's mainly quiet, and for the most part a secured, gated property. I like that the location is close to work, the expressway, shopping, gas stations, and restaurants. My neighbors are mostly quiet, and friendly.
The complex is old but newly renovated, so the AC/heat needs work, along side with the drainage system can be a little slow to drain sometimes, the ants and spiders are seasonally problematic. Maintenance has been prompt to correct everything within a day, after I put in my request to fix the issues. Wish the rent didn't have to go up, but an overall pleasant experience thus far.
(July 31, 2019, 3:12 pm)My initial thoughts about the ladies in the office at The Flats At East Atlanta is they were very nice and vibrant. They were very helpful and made sure they worked with me as much as possible with whatever I needed even help provide washer & dryers for the unit. My visit to the office was pleasant and they’ve won me over
