Synergy staff has been such a pleasure to deal with. They’ve always been so incredibly understanding, polite, and genuinely concerned. There’s not many aide/nursing experiences I’d put above them and I’ve seen many. I truly cherish the time I’ve been with them 10/10 for sure

Barbara and Nancy have been a blessing for our family! They always go the extra mile and make you feel like family. Every caregiver we have used has been compassionate, respectful and very well trained. Caring for an elderly parent can take its toll on both mind and spirit. Synergy has been instrumental in my Mothers care, helping ensure that she is as comfortable, secure and happy as possible. I don't know what I would have done without them!

I used Synergy HomeCare for about 5 years from the time of my mother's death until my dad's. They were wonderful. I live across the country and I could always count on dad's caregiver to keep me informed, make sure dad got to his appointments, and kept him company. Jeanette watched TV, played games, and took dad to get regular haircuts and pedicures. I was never in doubt that he was being well cared for. When dad was in hospital, she was there every day. During his last illness, we had 24-hour care. We also used Synergy to help clean out our house after mom's death and in preparation for selling. All in all, I would highly recommend them and would hire them again if I had need. Too bad they are on the other side of the country.

We experienced two different caregivers after I had a fall and was not able to sit and walk without assistance and my partner had recently had back surgery. Both caregivers were attentive to us and our safety. When I could walk, they reminded me to take my cane and they both were sure to help me in and out of the shower when I was still unstable. They each listened to our needs and helped with things we were not able to do. I have a number of food allergies and Jodie helped me make bread that I could have for my breakfast. Jodie and Shae both, were upbeat and encouraging. We needed help at the last minute and the office staff of Synergy HomeCare of Metro Atlanta, were kind, understanding and efficient. I would definitely use them again!

Six different caregivers were sent to assist me. Two were short term to substitute in the absence of the permanent persons. All caregivers were very efficient, caring and helpful. It was always a pleasure for me to have their support and services. They were consistently considerate, very punctual and reliable. They entered my home and became like a part of our family. Some of their services ware short term for different reasons: one due to pregnancy, one due to relocating to another state, one because of starting another job. The last most recent caregiver has been with me for the longest time. There service provided is excellent, done in an efficient and very pleasant manner and always with willingness to help with other assignments as requested
