The last time I’ve seen this kind of customer service in a pharmacy was 37 years ago when I was living in Kentucky and utilizing a “Mom and Pop, Country” Pharmacy! I really appreciate their courtesy, care and respect. I spend a lot of my life, at this point, in Medical Offices (which I absolutely hate) and they try very hard to minimize my time waiting, and if I do, making me feel like I have been a longtime friend so I don’t feel like I’m in a cold, sterile environment! I called Maud Baker to have a custom arrangement made. Nicole worked with me over several hours (services were the next day) to create something special. She sent pictures, updated me when the spray was delivered, and even re-wrote the card because at the last minute, I wanted to add something.
