  The staff at Wesley Chapel store were phenomenal. I was about to leave and the store manager Ms. Austin stopped me and convinced me to try and get service and I was able to get 2 phones and a wonderful customer experience. The whole experience was just amazing. THANK YOU T MOBILE

  Michael is cool. Very helpful nice guy, fast service awesome attitude. Changed my perspective on Sprint stores. 5 stars for sure.

  Came into sprint on Wesley chapel just to activate my phone but mike talked me into a phone and tablet.. him and the other rep Shaq were awesome and even the manager helped with getting me a new device and I didn’t even spend $100! I’ll definitely be back, the crew was great.

  Mike and Earl were WONDERFUL! So friendly and helpful. They made my experience an absolute pleasure. I was there to get an upgrade on my iPhone 6s to an iPhone 8 Plus and it took a while, but they were so nice, I hardly noticed. Obviously a sign of good management (Ty) and a great work atmosphere. Keep up the excellent hiring! *Update*
  I went into the Sprint store after 3 months and Mike remembered me! THAT is customer service! Thanks, Mike. You are the best!
