“This station is the last stop in Dekalb County. It is close to stone mountain and is in west Decatur and has bus routes that travel between stonecrest mall, Lithonia and Indian Creek. The station offers free parking for vehicles on weekdays and weekends during work hours. I would not advise trying to park over night because Marta police will ticket you and you can be towed. The train service here can be mediocre at times. The train can leave earlier or later than stated or not show up at all. The public announcement system is so gurbled that you cannot hear the announcement being said. You cannot always find an attendant when you may need one. This location does have bathroom but if you cannot find an attendant you cannot use it because the doors are locked. So it's convenient as a transit provide but Marta has a long way to go till their service is worth 5 stars.”
